CLASSES WORK?
Register below to join a class. 15 minutes before each LIVE class, Liz will send out a private google-meet link where you can join her and other members of the Motivating Movement community. And, if you chose to have your camera on, Liz can even provide personalized instruction and support during class to ensure you get the most out of every LIVE class.
Drop in on individual classes for $9.99/ea or enjoy unlimited classes as a member.
